Solving a Campus Problem

As students at College of the Canyons, it is difficult to find a parking spot close to the main campus because a lot of these spaces are being taken up by people who are not paying for their spots. It is unfair to the people who have purchased a semester parking permit, or a day pass, because they lose their spots to someone who has not paid for one.
